Carmen Barrett | Strategic Advisory Services Director

Carmen brings more than 15 years of experience in business and financial planning and analysis to the team. She has worked to increase shareholder value by improving operating margin and revenue growth for a variety of companies representing industries from manufacturing to internet marketing.

Carmen's areas of expertise include strategic planning, business and financial analysis and business plan development. She combines a solid understanding of business operating fundamentals with financial analysis expertise to provide clarity and insight into the key drivers of current business performance as well as the financial impact of new opportunities.

Prior to her consulting career, Carmen held a variety of positions in both corporate finance and business operations at CNET Networks, YUM Brands, and Ford Motor Company.

Carmen holds an MBA in Finance from Indiana University and a BS in Mass Communications from Miami University of Ohio.

Carmen brings deep experience and insight in manufacturing and hi-tech and startup businesses to AIM clients.

Nora Gala | Visual Media Director

For nearly two decades, Nora has excelled at various styles and genres of video production while working for top stations like CNN and the Discovery Channel, and companies like the NYSE, Motorola and Nissan. Fluent in 5 languages, she has collaborated with both artists and agencies internationally.

Nora graduated from Manhattan's renowned New School as a student of the Film and Video Production Program. Soon after, she was on the floor of the NYSE filming financial news and producing numerous corporate videos for the NYSE and its Fortune 500 companies. Later, she joined the crew of New York's German, French and other foreign correspondence bureaus and traveled throughout North and South America as a video journalist, ethnographer, documentary filmmaker and paparazzo.

Andy Hunt | Creative Director

Andy is a results-driven Creative Director with more than 15 years of experience in Chile, The Netherlands, and the United States in leading agencies and firms including: DDB Needham, Leo Burnett, MTV Latin America, unburro, and Gold Coast Advertising.

He has a solid track record of creating and implementing successful marketing campaigns in highly competitive markets around the world. Andy thrives on delivering measurable results to clients.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Graphic Design from the Universidad del Pacifico, in Santiago, Chile. Andy is fluent in English, Spanish, French and Dutch, and has developed work for clients in the U.S., Europe and Latin America.

In addition to his specialization in Hispanic marketing, Andy brings deep experience and insight in the entertainment, tourism and real estate sectors to AIM's clients.

Raul Rodriguez | Interactive Director

Raul is an IT consultant with more than 10 years of experience building Web sites and the applications and infrastructure involved in operating them.

His previous experience includes work as an IT consultant with IBM Global Services Division, Software Engineer with Northrop Grumman and IT Consultant for Computer Sciences Corporation.

He has worked on the integration and maintenance of multiple Web infrastructure components for the Department of Homeland Security, Internal Revenue Service, U.S. Customs and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Raul was born in Lima, Peru and is fluent in English and Spanish. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arizona.

Wesley Sparling | Direct Marketing Team Leader

Wes is a master direct response marketer. His marketing career has provided him with experience in direct marketing strategy, program implementation, direct mail production, design, and copy development. He has developed and implemented direct marketing programs for both the business-to-business and consumer marketplaces, in a variety of media. He has developed and improved integrated direct marketing campaigns for companies like Bank of America, Philips and Cox Communications.

He has provided marketing strategy, research and implementation services for both advertising agencies and corporate clients. Wes has helped small companies with little to no budget double their sales in only a few months. He has filled the role of designer, art director, account executive, creative director, copy writer, marketing strategist and agency owner. His internal agency experience includes: Lavidge Hiegel Communications, AIR Marketing, Cramer Krasselt, Hunt DDBdirect, part of the DDB Worldwide network. He has provided consulting and direct marketing services to multiple agencies including: Off Madison Ave, Urias Communications, and R&R Partners.

Wes has taught copy writing and direct marketing strategy to corporations and has been a guest speaker and presenter at the collegiate level. He is a recognized expert in direct response marketing and is frequently published online and off.
